Liaoyuan Yida Carbon Industry Co., Ltd.
Liaoyuan Yida Carbon Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yida Carbon Industry”) was established in 2011 (formerly known as Liaoyuan Dongsheng Graphite Fiber Co., Ltd.). With a workforce of over 200 employees, it is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, and production of functional carbon fibers and their composite materials.
As a domestic producer of carbon-based materials, the company provides a comprehensive portfolio of carbon‑based materials and product‑specific technical solutions to both domestic and international customers. Its products are primarily targeted at applications in solar photovoltaics, semiconductors, flow‑battery energy storage, vacuum heat treatment, and sapphire manufacturing, among other sectors.

The company currently operates two production bases—one in Liaoyuan and one in Jilin (Panshi). The Liaoyuan base is located within the first phase of the China “Carbon Valley” Carbon Fiber Industrial Park, which was developed under the Liaoyuan Municipal Government’s strategic plan. The Panshi base is situated in the Jilin Carbon Fiber Technology Industrial Park. Together, the company’s production facilities cover a total area of 200,000 square meters.

The company integrates production and R&D, boasting strong product‑technology capabilities. Currently, it has an annual production capacity of approximately 3,000 tons of carbon‑fiber soft felts—including viscose, pitch, and polyacrylonitrile—and can process about 50,000 units per year of various types of carbon‑fiber hard felts, as well as produce 2 million square meters of electrode materials in multiple grades.
In addition, the company has established an R&D and testing laboratory spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, providing robust support for product performance evaluation and ongoing product upgrades.
The company focuses on carbon‑fiber insulation materials for high‑temperature thermal fields and operates a fully integrated production line that encompasses base felt forming (needling), pre‑oxidation, low‑carbon treatment, high‑carbon treatment, and purification processes. It is equipped with more than 100 pieces of equipment for manufacturing various types of carbon materials.
