Our company’s insulation material products were validated in 2025 by leading semiconductor firms, including Hejing Silicon Materials, Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical, and Shenguang Semiconductor, and have since entered mass production. The variety and volume of delivered products continue to grow.
We independently designed a polycrystalline thermal field and developed wet‑process‑formed, cured felt products that meet market demand, gaining entry into the supply chains of leading photovoltaic customers and establishing ourselves as a key supplier in the industry.
Blue Sapphire’s corporate customers have an urgent need to replace imported high‑temperature, high‑purity insulation materials used in sapphire crystal growth furnaces. Our company swiftly completed the development of the relevant production process, and customer trials yielded excellent results. We have also actively promoted pilot-scale testing of the product, and to date, our products are performing reliably.
High-temperature thermal equipment such as powder sintering systems
The products are widely used as graphite thermal‑field components in high‑temperature heat‑treatment and other applications.
The specific industry sectors in which the product is applied include flow battery electrode materials (such as all-vanadium, Fe/Cr, and iron–sulfur systems).
In collaboration with Professor Liu Suqin of the School of Chemical Engineering at Central South University, after more than a year of technological development, the product has essentially met customer requirements and is now in use among numerous domestic clients.
