Liaoyuan Yida Carbon Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yida Carbon Industry”) was established in 2011 (formerly known as Liaoyuan Dongsheng Graphite Fiber Co., Ltd.). With a workforce of over 200 employees, the company is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, and production of functional carbon fibers and their composite materials.

Semiconductor
The insulation material products developed by our company have been validated in semiconductor industry enterprises such as Heing Silicon Materials, Jingsheng Electromechanical, and Shengong Semiconductor by 2025, and have achieved mass supply. The types and quantities of delivered products are constantly increasing. -
Sapphire
Sapphire enterprise customers have an urgent demand for domestic substitution of high-temperature and high-purity insulation materials in sapphire crystal growth furnaces. Our company has completed the development of product technology in a short period of time, and the customer's trial results have been excellent. We actively promote batch product trials, and so far our products have been used well. -
Photovoltai
Independently designing polycrystalline thermal fields and developing wet formed cured felt products to meet market demand and enter the supply system of top photovoltaic customers, becoming the main supplier in the industry. -
Powder sintering
The product is widely used in graphite thermal field supporting devices in high-temperature heat treatment and other fields. -
Flow battery
The segmented industry areas in which the product is applied are electrode materials for flow batteries (such as all vanadium, Fe/Cr, sulfur iron, etc.) -
Fuel cell
Cooperating with Professor Liu Suqin from the School of Chemical Engineering at Central South University, after more than a year of technological development, the product has basically met customer needs. Currently, the product has been tested and verified by many customers in China. Realize bulk supply, stable product quality and delivery capability.
